3.3. Technical Requirements: Students must ensure they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to participate in the online courses. InfoBright Computer Education is not responsible for technical issues related to the student’s equipment or network.

4. Student Conduct

4.1. Behavior Expectations: Students must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or any form of abuse towards other students or instructors will not be tolerated.

4.2. Academic Integrity: Students must submit original work and avoid cheating, plagiarism, or any dishonest behavior in course assignments, quizzes, and exams. Violation of academic integrity may result in disqualification from the course without a refund.

4.3. Access to Course Materials: Students must not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without written permission from InfoBright Computer Education.

5. Course Completion and Certification

5.1. Completion Requirements: To complete the course and receive a certificate (if applicable), students must successfully complete all required assessments, assignments, and exams within the course timeframe.

5.2. Certificates: Upon successful completion, students may receive a course completion certificate, provided they meet the course requirements. Certificates are issued electronically and are not refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership: All course content, including videos, presentations, documents, and other educational materials, are the intellectual property of InfoBright Computer Education and are protected by copyright laws.

6.2. License to Use: Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for personal educational purposes only. Students may not sell, license, or distribute course materials in any form.
